Time for a new 4k monitor. Any suggestions?

Time for a new monitor for my Photoshop work. 4K or higher.
I was heading to Eizo or NEC, but both those units have been out for 3 years now, so I wondered if there was anything new on the market, or imminent?
Thanks!

BenQ has a great lineup, but you might want to consider a 99% RGB monitor more importantly for photo editing.

If you go for BenQ, make sure you have a friendly retailer. I had two BenQ SW2700 monitors with unacceptable uniformity. My retailer gave me credit on an NEC PA242 which is great.
Perhaps the 4K BenQs are better....
