Oscar, I live in a monastery - have done so for over nine years - and though it's just of the mind, not a place I'd recommend to anyone!

;-)

I know you do, but i'm starving for some peace and quiet. Complemented with good coffee, what more could one wish for? Well, maybe a genuine american roadtrip, not necessarily on the continent by the same name. That would probably give some peace and quiet as well.

As for selling apartments: maybe that sponor method is something for you, where you sell your apartment to some real estate bosos with the agreement that you can stay there until your demise, then spend the dough on that roadtrip you promised us.

When I first saw the title of this thread I thought it was commentary on the Coffee Corner.
