This is a Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-400mm f/4G ED IF SWM VR Lens in very good to excellent (8+ to 9) condition. It is a Nikon USA lens originally purchased from Roberts Camera and is the VR I version. This lens is in very good condition and shows minimal cosmetic signs of wear. The barrel is clean and has a few paint rubs, having been covered by a LensCoat cover for most of its life. The cover was removed for the photographs in this ad. There is some paint loss on the lens mount, and where the hood attaches to the front of the lens. This is typical for used lenses of this type. The glass is clear and free of any scratches, fungus, blemishes or rub marks. The aperture blades are clean and oil-free. AF, manual focus and VR work perfectly. The focus and zoom rings move smoothly.
