Friends, after purchasing some of this paper I went to the Hahnemuhle site for canned the profile but found that it is not listed among the options. The closest is for the Epson 7880. While I have reached out to Hahnemuhle, perhaps some of you who use this paper could suggest 3rd party alternatives that have worked well for you. I have not yet reached that elevated plane where I roll my own.
Much obliged for the help.

It's there, I think, disguised as a 9800 profile.  Go to https://www.hahnemuehle.com/en/digital-fineart/icc-profile/download-center.html

Paper Group = Hahnemuhle Photo.

Found it. Much obliged, mate.

7880/9880 profiles are pretty much the same as you've seen on their site. That said, when I built the profiles for Exhibition Fiber for Epson, we did output targets from each printer (actually 5 differing models of each) and provided one for each rather than one for both. I might be able to dig up the colorimetric measurement data but when the rubber meets the road, you should be fine using a profile labelled for the 7880 on the 9880 and vise versa keeping in mind, not all ICC profiles are created equally (even from the same company):

Why there are differences in profile quality and color rendering
How to evaluate an ICC output profile
Examples of good and not so good canned profiles and custom profiles on actual printed output.

Andrew, obliged for yours. Kindly note that I was looking for a profile for the 7800, not the 7880/9880 which , if I recall ,has  a different inkset. The info from Richard put me there.
I do appreciate your links and will spend some quality time them.
Best,

Ditto for those models being “interchangeable” if you will: http://www.pixelgenius.com/epson/

I've had Hahneumhle make custom profiles for me for free when I asked, though that was a few years ago.
