Mamiya ZD availability

For those in the know or are up on Photokina news, has there been any indication by Mamiya on when (or if) the ZD will see US availability?  I am very interested in this camera, but haven't found any reports on Mamiya and ZD info.  I have also been watching the Pentax 645 digital and from what I gather they are no where near production...is this correct?
