Cannot email photo from Lightroom
« on: February 27, 2018, 11:26:25 am »

I cannot email photo(s) from within Lightroom Classic CC, and when I select the "Go to email account manager" Lightroom crashes every time.  The crash report has been sent to Adobe on their support site but I get no responses from them.  I can post the crash report here if it would be of interest to anyone.

Anyone else have this problem?  I'm using a Dell XPS 15 with I7 processor, 16 GB memory, with (and without) graphics processor engaged, and Windows 10 Home with all updates currently applied.

Working fine here on Lightroom Classic CC 7.2  Win 10 using Outlook or Gmail.

Private message me your Adobe ID (Email) and I will have them search the crash database for your report.

I used to use LR2/gmail, but had a problem which I expect was caused by the double verification Signon.

I have since used ‘Photo Upload Gmail’ plug-in.  This works great, once set up.  Email, with photos, winds up in ‘drafts’ in email account...just add addresses or additional text.

It won't let me email photos from Lightroom (7.3) from my Win 10 desktop, but it will let me on my Mac laptop.  But this is not a version issue.  It didn't work on prior versions either.
