Slow uploads?

Is anybody else having long delays when they try to upload something like this post to LuLa? None of the other sites I deal with seem to have the problem. Just LuLa.

There's a fairly long thread about this issue called "Site a bit sluggish posting" under "About this Site."

Nope.

Scratch that.  Yes on safari.  Hangs for about 15 sec.

No on Firefox... no on Edge (IE)... And apparently not on Chrome either.

And now not on Safari the second time (but still a bit longer than the other browsers)...  So, I guess it's just Russ. 

Mods - would this be an appropriate place to start a debate on Ajit Pai, the Trump admin and Net Neutrality?  Just askin'
