C-One 11: Icon + Text

I'm trying Capture One 11 (free trial for Mac), and I've got a small mystery to solve.
I want to set the tools in the toolbar to show both 'icon and text', instead of the default 'icon only'.  I found the preference panel where I make that selection, made the selection, but the icons for the tools still show only the icon, no text.  Restarting the app does nothing.
Any suggestions?

I tried it and the option always switches back to Icon. Capture 11.0.1.  I am on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3.

I didn't see anything about this in the Knowledge Base. Saw the same issue in a 2014 thread in the PhaseOne Support Forum so it may not have been fixed.

I would open up a Support Request and let us know that they say. They are very responsive.

In the release notes for Capture One Pro there is this comment

Mac users
• It is only possible to show the Capture One toolbar in “Icon Only” mode.

Is it not the case that hovering the mouse pointer over the icon then shows the text?
