LR & PS Can't See Profiles (Solved)

I posted a question in the LR forum, but maybe it belongs here.  Here is the link:

LR, Ph Shop and ColorSync can no longer see my icc paper profiles in Library>ColorSync>Profiles.  Please post any suggestions over there.

Well there are lots of Library>ColorSync>Profiles
One in the HD root directory and one in each user folder.
It needs to be in either the root or the logged in user.
Also check the permissions by going CMD-I. It it should be Read and Write all.

Also have you restarted since changing the profiles.
