The obligatory Icelandic fall  :D

Any preference between the versions, if any?

I prefer the last image - nicely done.

Also a big fan of #3. Really a nice image with context but such an interesting foreground.

Very interesting scene and nicely done. As a landscape, I like #3. As an abstract, #2.

Thank you.
The funny part is that in most shots I was trying to avoid the sky as the clouds weren't that great.

A quick b&w version of the last

I'm glad you failed to exclude it from some. :)

I was also partially limited by the lens and I didn't have enough time to change it as the light was going fast and this fall was a fortuitous find close to the road.

The nice thing about shooting at F16 is that I'm impressed by how well it sharpened (within reasonable expectations of course) and the DOF is very good, only the very near foreground in the corner and the distant 4/5 background are not similarly sharp as the rest of the shot.
The bad part is that my sensor is really dirty, much more obvious on that sky and the B&W shot.

Best of a good lot, I'd say.

Thank you, I have a slightly different version and it's starting to grow on me.
