Great captures, both. The first is my pick.

Both are superb but as for Eric, my favorite is the first one.

Me too, first image. Without the fence post the picture falls apart.

The fence post is yellow and I thought quite distracting. I debated between cloning it out and desaturating it. I decided on the latter thinking it can add as it points towards the horses too in addition of the leading lines.

A good decision.

Thank you.

This an example where a zoom was helpful, zooming with your feet was not very practical.
First was shot at 83 mm equiv, second at 300 mm equiv.
