I thought his Marilyn shots were beautiful, and they do point out yet again the huge differences between "star" pix of then and the sterile, plastic/metal of today's setups where you feel absolutely nothing about the creatures to be human. Maybe the intention is an extension of political correctness: mustn't think of them as people after whom one may lust, but as if they were new cars or cameras, in which dehumanised condition, lust after them all you want since you'll still go to heaven because the lust obviously can't be sexual.
How did we get to this state of unreality?
