Lost Keyboard Shortcuts Photoshop CC 2018

After the recent (Windows 10) PS CC 2018 update, 15 years of custom KB Shortcuts have vanished. The .kys has vanished. The custom workspace has vanished too. This is kind of devastating. Just me? Ouch!
