At first glance I thought it needed color. But then I noticed it was for Rob, so the BW and size are just right.
There might even be an empty Coke bottle in the back seat.

There was, and that's why there's now no lid on the car: the roads were too bumpy and Coke got all shook up and, well, blew her top too. Nothing's perfect... She's gone topless ever since. It's the European infleunce, you see: we rather look at those once-hidden treasures than absorb, or contribute to, endless twitterings from cynical, deranged politicians and their besotted fans. It's all showbiz now.

Maybe it does... it is Cuba, after all:

No, not this time: your first bet was on the money: the colour of that Chevrolet is foul!

Must have been a post-purchase option: thirty or forty years post-sale! Blame Putin's predecessors for that. Dumping didn't begin with steel and China, you know.

Yes, that color is pretty bland for Cuba.
Maybe you should have PhotoShopped a more Cuban color.

In the early '60s, my dad had a '47 Chevy coupe as his "work car".  Most of what I know about cars was learned while working on it.

BW definitely. At first I wasn't sure about the vignette, but it does highlight the car nicely. Gives a very nice vintage look.
Well done!
