"Warm" is much more appealing right now than "cold."
Last night got down to 2 degrees (F) and up to 11 today. Probably much lower tonight.
And lower still where you are. Stay cozy!

Ah Patricia, I see you are on a roll. It's as if the cold and winter gives you energy. That last one feels like it's devouring all the light and its surroundings.

It is as if your own warmth, the red, is the context for the cold.
