LED replacements for modelling lamps
« on: December 22, 2017, 11:40:41 PM »

Hi,
Perhaps my question was too specific, so I just modified it.
Has anyone used any LED lamps to replace halogen modelling lamps?
If so what worked and didn't, please?

Specifically,
Has anyone seen or used an LED replacement light for the Osram 64516 used as modelling lights in Elinchrom studio pack heads?
(These are 240V globes and similar 110V globes are used in the US)

I want to have an ideally 5000K replacement that dims.

The other option is to replace the Halogen 12V globe 23044 in the Ranger RX heads

Bob
