Not really a printing issue...

I'm thinking about getting into dry mounting my own prints.  My question is about the performance of pressure sensitive, cold mounting films.  Looking to mount prints up to 40" wide onto a 15mm MDF and using a cold mount roller system.  Are the cold mount materials available today any good or should I be getting a hot roller system?
