I felt the content of your videos on the Photo Plus 2017 Show Report was very good and newsworthy but the sound was horrendous. I've always felt that in life if you do something, do it well to the best of your ability. I find it hard to believe that you could not find someone, even a college student who's studying film/sound, to help you with sound. The atrocious quality really took away from the presentation. At least a quarter of it I had to pause and rewind and listen again to make out what was being said. I think Luminous-Landscape has really let itself down with this presentation. It's hard to understand why you signed off on this. LuLa has lost credibility.
I hope in the future this mistake is not repeated.
