Decent LCD recommendations

I'm not looking for the best.  (I can't afford the best.)  I'd just like a better 19" monitor than my Dell 1905.  Any recommendations?  I like my dell alot but it is just too bright.

$500-600 is about where I top out.  If I could get a 20" for that that was nice that would be super but that isn't a requirement.

Currently looking at the HP LP2065 and the NEC LCD2170NX

Both got very nice reviews at PRAD.de.

I must say that I am very fond of my Samsung 204Ts... Seems to be in your price bracket as well.

Here are my results calibrating a Samsung 910T. Older, but nice inexpensive display.

Be Hardware has good reviews of displays with actual calibration results which might help you out.

Thanks for the links.  It is hard to find reviews that actually tell you anything.
