What card do you have?  My 1080 has: dvi-d, hdmi, and display port.

I would like to refloat a workstation
That has the good old GTX750.
I thought first at the solution you mentionned
But read here or there that it would not work.
Couldn't really understand the tech jargon involved.
It's for dual Eizos; trying to avoid VGA (but would work anyway). One goes in
DVi and the second idealy to the hdmi port.
