The same Quality....It is a bit of an apples and oranges issue. You can repoduce a wider color range on inkjet, they last longer, you have more paper options, better dmax(if I rememeber correctly). Still they are different processes. I think the short answer is that you should find a good quality pigment print to be comparable to a good frontier print. Epson semi matte, legion photo satin, ilford smooth pearl, are all nice papers that have a nice RC base similar to what your used to. I havbe heard good things about breating colors glossy, also Inkpress puts out a cheap, but very nice lustre and glossy paper.
Get some one who knows what they are doing to print out a file for you and judge yourself. for glossy I think the K3 inkset is hard to beat.
