Pity about the person behind who gets mixed up with the left figure... It's a portrait, so if it were me I'd be looking for less DoF.

But of course it wasn't me... :)

I got the same reaction regarding the persons on the left. Other than that, I like it a lot.

I see what is meant by the distracting face. I fear adequately dealing with it may be beyond my rudimentary PS skills, but I'll give it a go.

I think it is better, somewhat. I know cropping is verboten perhaps, but a square crop, coming in from the sides a bit, just to the predominant figures left elbow and LOF to isolate the second figure. This would also reduce the TOF area, but retain the water streaming from the fish mouth. IMHO, it might isolate the subject(s) more and make the photo more about what's going on "between" them. I am usually not in the mainstream with my compositional suggestions.
