Carrying case for portfolio box?

I store my prints in 13x19 clamshell portfolio boxes from Archival Methods.
I am looking for a bag or carrying case to protect and transport the portfolio box.
Something like a laptop bag, ideally padded, with handles, and a removable shoulder strap.
Amazon and Google searches have not been successful, nor have art stores, B and H etc.

I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

I would try BLICK art supplies if you are in USA.  I bought a nice felt carrier from them (i think it was them?)  They come in different sizes.
