Lovely. I was wondering if we'd see some shots from my stomping grounds. This one and your abstract are very nice, Keep 'em coming.

I love the concept and the colors, but I've got to ask, what about a content aware fill to eliminate the dark reflection of the treeline? It is distracting to my eyes.

Nice one Eric. I absolutely wouldn't lose the reflection of the treeline.

I did think about removing the reflection of the treeline, but I decided I liked it the way it is.
(Not for the sake of purity; content-aware fill is probably my most frequent excuse for jumping into PS from LR.)

Thanks, everybody!

Very nice. Removing the treline was my initial reaction, too, but now that I look longer at the photo, it gives subtle context and another dimension.

It's so lovely.  I couldn't immediately tell the scale of it (was it full sized or some sort of model), but that was great because I was really looking at the whole of the image and not just the boat as the subject, so that's a real winner for mine.

Nice one, Eric. I quite like the boundary effect of the reflected treeline.

Thanks, all.
Yes, it was full-sized, not a model.

Beautiful, serene mood. I'm not bothered by the reflection at the top of the frame.
Bravo, Eric.

I guess the landline is debatable, but the excellent placement of the Dory and lines are not. It is well done. Wonderful tension between pacific waters and Dory, and the movement the lines create. The reflected clouds are quite subtle and add secondary interest. Really nice, Eric!
