Wacom Intuos Pro scrolling issue
« on: June 11, 2017, 03:57:50 pm »

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced sketchy scrolling operation with the Wacom Intuos Pro medium tablet (2017), when using the 2 finger slider gesture? All drivers updated, but sometimes horizontal scroll in PS doesn't work, but vertical scroll remains OK..
I'm using my tablet mainly for portrait photography retouching, so I frequently need to scroll. Doesn't take too much longer to reach for the track pad, would just be nice to get the scroll working reliably on the tablet. Any tips would be appreciated :)

I had similar problems and the following from Wacom worked for me. I'm running Win10Pro.

Thank you for contacting Wacom Customer Support,

Please try the following.

Remove the driver that you have installed and try this one

http://cdn.wacom.com/u/productsupport/drivers/win/professional/WacomTablet_6.3.22-6.exe

Download the file and then right click on the .exe file and select run as admin.

Install and reboot.

Disable Windows Ink from the driver. The “Use Windows Ink” checkbox in the control panel is app specific, so you should be able to add Chrome as an app and disable Ink just for Chrome
Disable “Hold to right click” see Ripple effects
On Chrome settings, disable “Use Hardware acceleration”. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/qAGMbbcomrM
