Bridge disappeared
« on: April 26, 2017, 06:13:17 pm »

I've been using PSCC & LRCC for a couple of years now. I recently removed the desktop icons for my previous versions of PS & LR (but I still have the icons for the CC versions) recently but when I Click on the Bridge CC icon I get a box that says the program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing. What did I do to lose BridgeCC?

MSVCR120.dll is a Windows Visual Studio file if it is missing from your system you will find that other applications may be affected.

Using the System File Checker should help to reinstate the .dll

Open an elevated command prompt - type cmd in search box then right click Command Prompt then Run as Administrator.

Type the following exactly including space then press return - Note this will take quite a long time as it looks for missing/ corrupt Windows components and replaces them

sfc /scannow
