For discussion's sake there needs to be a bit of a devil's advocate opinion:
Would this be the equivalent of 1980s sampling music? Where you just cut up other artwork and combine it into a collage of your own?
This image tells me why I didn't get the other image with the bike. There is a mural in urban setting without any text. Why is it there? And what is its purpose? The photo combines it with a cyclist. The mural is suggesting telephone communication, but the cyclist is not on the phone. The mural depicts a person yelling with an undefined disbelieve. What does the combination try to convey?
If it was an advertising shot for the bike for example, one could see a message like: everybody needs to hear about this incredible bike.
But it is not an advertising shot, and for "spontaneous street" it suddenly becomes a bit contrived. You can set up a camera and simply wait for any combination of subject + mural. That doesn't however, create a clear message. It is like combining pretty words, but not forming a well structure sentence.
It certainly could become an image with a clear message: say for example if you shoot a cyclist or motorist who is driving and texting at the same time, while the mural is yelling at the subject in disbelieve. That would have a distinct message and might make the audience think. The elements have "congruent" meaning together.

The image above now tells me the context of the mural in the previous picture. It makes sense if you see the actual combination of the two. Of course, for purposes of your own art, you can choose to cut it up and combine it in a new image, but the question then becomes whether that addition makes sense in the new whole.
Otherwise it reminds me strongly of many of the 1980s sample based songs. That was cool when it first occurred and when done well it can create a new and beautiful piece of music, but unfortunately, as with most music, the average result is usually crap.
