I did the update yesterday with no problems and love the improved bracketing. I am puzzled by the auto iso though, or maybe I'm just doing it incorrectly.
In the past, I chose three shutter speeds, e.g. 1/60, 1/125, and 1/250 and put the auto iso on a button; I'd choose which setting I wanted to use based on the shutter speed needed for the shot and the camera would choose an ISO. It worked well since the X T-2 has quite good high ISO image quality.
With the new firmware, if I set the shutter speed to "auto" it gives me a minimum shutter speed of the reciprocal of the focal length, not always helpful with a non-stabilized lens at 16mm in a low light situation. It does not seem to increase the ISO to the maximum set. Outside, where it likely does not matter, it is fine.
Most of the time when I have these problems it is my own fault. Am I doing something incorrectly this time too?
Thanks for any thoughts.
Eric
