For sale is a Tomiyama Art Panorama 170 camera. This is the later model, and can be used for 6x12 and 6x17 images on 120 roll film. It comes with a Nikkor SW 90mm f/8 lens, focusing screen, cable release, carrying strap and the original purchase papers in its original box.
The camera is in very good condition, except that a small part of the covering around the tripod socket has broken off. This is purely cosmetic, and has no effect on the images. There are a few minor cosmetic marks on the body.
The camera is in excellent operating condition. The bellows has no pinholes, etc and the focusing is very smooth. The viewfinder glass is clear.
The Nikkor-SW 90mm f/8 lens was supplied as standard along with the camera. The glass and black Copal 0 shutter are in excellent condition. There are no caps, but I will provide a generic front cap.
The lens mount is a standard Linhof board with a cone to keep the lens at the correct distance from the film plane. Adjustable extended lens boards are available on eBay, making it easy to use other lenses, even a 65mm!
Film winding is via the red window method, and both 6x12 and 6x17 formats are supported.
The bellows allows the lens to be focused very easily. The supplied ground glass can be used to check critical focus, but not in mid-roll.
