Storing 150mm Square Filters
« on: March 17, 2017, 09:24:58 pm »

I recently switched from a collection of LEE 100 x 100 ND filters to a set of Formatt-Hitech Firecrest 150 x 150 ND filters. I used to use a Schneider 5-filter pouch for square 100x100 filters, but I can't seem to find anything on the market that's similar for the 150x150 filters. Everything I've found is for the rectangular 150x170 graduated filters, and I hate having to use the rectangular pouches for the square filters as it's kind of hard to fish them out of the larger pouches.

Anybody else shooting the square 150x150s and have any storage pouch recommendations for multiple filters?

Does Lee make those nice 3 slot microfiber folding cloths for the 150 mm size. I really like my folding filter cloth for the 100 mm size, and that would be a cinch to make ought of lens grade microfiber cloth. You do need to put a stiff container around it or put it into a rigid part of the bag.
