Very interesting product. Aperture control not via camera but via adapter. But it looks very well thought.

I hope to get my hands on one soon to check out how the TS-Es perform.

Yes, very well designed.  Hoping Cambo will continue with a Nikon mount and even a P1/Mamiya mount for lenses with no aperture ring.

This looks very interesting indeed!

Any idea on the price?

No communication back to the camera though...  Wonder how long it will take for Metabones or somebody else to come up with something that does communicate with the camera?

I have heard somebody mention on here that Metabones do not have much interest in making such an adapter, due to interest not being that high but I would think that Fuji is set to sell a lot of the GFX...

Hoping that Novoflex makes some adapters, not sure I would risk a metabones, after the failures I have had with them on the Sony/Nikon adapters.

One adapter just quit and the other stuck on my 45mm, and I had to send the combo to SK Grimes to destroy the adapter to save the lens.

Hoping Cambo or Novoflex make a Nikon/GFX or even Fuji over time.

It will be around 1150 Swiss Francs - so probably the same amount in USD. Not really a bargain - hope that there will be someone in between. ;)

A P1 Adapter would be cool. GFX Backup Body for phase one...but I think this is only a dream

To be really precise - $1,185 USD.

Made total sense for Cambo to offer, since they already had 90% of it worked out with the EF Aperture Controller for the Actus anyway.

Just a Mamiya modern 645 would be great as all modern Mamiya lenses don't have the aperture ring.  There is alot of good stuff out there that might be a great match for the GFX,  210mm, 75-150mm  55mm,  And these are much lighter than their modern LS versions.

I have had good luck with the Sony/Canon Metabones adapters so it appears they seem to have successfully reverse engineered the Sony Body/Canon Lens interface but who knows if the Fuji/Canon market is attractive to them.

Hard to justify that price considering the little it adds to the dumb Fotodiox adapter.
Its not convenient but I can set the aperture with Metabones IV or Sigma MC-11 on my A7RII and then move the lens to the GFX.

Now if it did all the lens to body integration that Sigma MC-11 accomplishes then it would be worth considering.

Except that Metabones and Sigma have proven they can deliver more capabilities for well below half the price.

That may be one additional thing that Fuji has added to the MF market. It doesn't have to cost a bundle to deliver.
