My P800 printer driver is built into QImage Ultimate which is a Windows programme that I use via Parallels on a Mac. I will check with their technical support.

Thanks again.
Frank

Qimages's Settings tab shows the printer drivers settings as if they are part of the Qimage menu features but it is more a kind of a link to the underlying printer driver menu. For several printer drivers it does not show all the settings possible. Convenient in one way but with some dangers too. The Properties button within Qimage's  Settings menu brings you to the actual printer driver settings.

Met vriendelijke groet, Ernst

Have been out of town, and have just tried to adjust paper thickness. The printer preferences setting in Windows 7 also does not allow anything greater than .01 thickness. So it does not seem to be a QImage Ultimate problem. It might be a Windows 7 problem.
