Has anyone tried to get a print with ImagePrint PTAPP on WinXP and the Epson 4800 on a non US machine?
I have big problems with getting the margins of the print correct.
The printed image shifts more then 20 mm towards the left margin and 10mm up to 35 mm towards the top margin at random. This happens with Photoshop, Lightroom beta, Acrobat, InDesign, MS Word, MS Excel etc. For me not very usefull when trying to replace the default epson printer driver.
I had contact with Colorbyte. Citate:
"centering/layout placement, and with PTAPP, I'm afraid that's always going to be an issue."
The margins printed direct from ImagePrint are perfect.
Please let me know if you got the same problems with PTAPP on WinXP and the Epson 4800.
