HD Dock for Synology 1513+ recommendations?

I'm want to purchase a HD Dock for backing up my Synology 1513+ NAS

I have a Synology NAS and my current USB3 dock seems to be working, but on reading Jim Kasson's post, I ordered the OWC dock that he recommends. It will arrive tomorrow and I will post my experience. However, a short term experience would not be meaningful to assess reliability, and I am relying on Jim's recommendation.
