This past weekend I went on a little trip on the interior part of the Southwest Portugal Coast Natural park. The highlights of the park are, as expected, located in the coast: small fishing harbours, tall cliffs, flora and fauna. But just 20 or 30 km to the interior, there are some nice and interesting things to be seen: farms, picturesque cork trees, almost complete isolation.
Spring is coming, and the fields are green and with flowers. Of course I had to end the day at the coast, on one of my favourite spots (Cabo Sardao lighthouse).
Regards.
