The man who dresses up as his ancestors

Found this on BBC...

The man who dresses up as his ancestors

From the article: "Peruvian artist and photographer Christian Fuchs is obsessed with his illustrious ancestors and spends months painstakingly recreating portraits of them, posing for them himself whether the ancestors were men or women.
It's an unusual way to get close to your forefathers, but it works for Christian Fuchs.
"

Remarkable efforts to reproduce his relatives...a lot of work and I congratulate him for finding an avenue to express himself!

Jeff,

Thanks for sharing this.  Quite fascinating.  The "family resemblance" is pretty stunning.  And the level of detail achieved is impressive.  Goes to show that creativity can spring from pretty much anywhere and that following one's fascinations and interests can lead to something pretty cool in unexpected ways.
