No, it's an optical illusion brought on by the juxtaposition of the pink with the grey/cyan. Just think back to primitive red/green 3D specs and you'll see at once how the trick was pulled!
The condesation isn't. The glass comes like that from the shop, designed for service in cheap bars where they have no ice, but lots of smiling girls asking you to buy them some champagne (actually made from grape-simulating esters, but they don't advertise this)... You pay for the real deal, though, and everybody is happy except for you, and whilst you may get one thing, you'll almost certainly go home with another.
