Canon lenses are probably safest choice or any lens having a manual aperture.
I bought my Sony A7rII with a Canon 24/3.5 TSE LII for architecture work. It was intended to be used with the Metabones IV. My first adapter, the next one works fine.
As a landscape shooter I am more interested in tilts than shifts. For that I have a HCam Master TSII tilt and shift adapter. That does not control aperture, but I can stop down on another body and remount the lens.
To make life a bit easier I got myself a Contax 35-135/3.3-4.5 lens. It is pretty good for tilts but doesn't offer significant shift, but it has a manual aperture and that is very nice. Later I also added a Contax 28-8/3.3-4.5
For shift work I sometimes use the Canon 16-35/4L. It offers say 3 mm of shift at 16 mm but quite a lot from 20-35 mm. But you need to use it stopped down.
Cambo and Arca have adapters controlling the aperture of the Canon lenses.
Using a Pentax 645 zoom may also be a good solution.
The Canon 11-24 zoom seems to be very useful. i wish I would have bought it instead of the 16-35/4 and the 24/3.5 TSE.
The things I have work very well for me. But, I am more of a landscape shooter than an architecture photographer. As it happens, I shoot a lot of church interiors as a travel photographer.
Just to say, the 24/3.5 TSE LII I have does a good service on the Metabones IV-T adapter I have. But, it is not very sharp corner to corner on the A7rII. On the other hand, it is not very unsharp either. So, it works great if you are not demanding more than it can deliver. I can dig up some samples if you are interested.
The 16-35/4 works great with the A7rII, at 24-35 it outperforms all my other lenses, like 40/4 FLE and 60/3.5 Distagons on the "Blad", the Zeiss 24-70/2.8Z and the 24/3.5 TSE LII.
Right now, I am using the Sony A7rII mostly with Canon lenses, 16-35/4L, 24/3.5 TSE LII, 24-105/4 L. For longer zoom I use the Sony Alpha 70-400/4-5.6G, a god lens with an unhealthy amount of field curvature.

Reviews on that puppy at B&H are poor at best. That's disappointing to see.
So, to test the Sony array/sensor to the Hassie 28mm lens, I want to now find a Sony lens with excellent sharpness Wide angle.
I want glass as good as Hassie's 28 or better.

IF I can get image quality close enough to the H5D with any Tilt/Shift lens help, it would be well worth the money as I'd sell off all of my
Hasselblad gear. Thought?
But, shows it an FE mount but is that an assurance it will allow manual control of the aperture?
