Photoshop CC not communicating with Epson driver
« on: January 21, 2017, 02:01:27 pm »

Photoshop has stopped communicating with Epson driver.  If I click on printing preferences, screen freezes. Usually, the selection eventually appears after about a minute
Selecting "print" on any of several recent documents crashes PSCC immediately.
No recent changes to system.
Other Adobe Apps print normally.

What next?  Uninstall and re-install PSCC?  What is the correct procedure for this?
Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Haven't tried uninstalling/reinstalling yet.
Does anyone know the location and name of the scratchdisk file(s)?  Windows 10.  Latest PSCC update.

Erase your Photoshop main preference file. I think it's start up with the shift key depressed, if that's not it it's easy enough to Google.

Did that, CeeVee.  No change.
Thanks, though.

BTW, it's ctl alt shift while launching.
