sky jack 2
« on: January 18, 2017, 01:41:24 pm »

After having passed over them for several days, I discovered this morning the five frames which make this image not only fit together, but are better off with out two more frames that could stitch.  They seem to have been taken a couple of paces to the left of the previous post.  They manage to show the curb at bottom and to align the tree more with the tallest crane.

I have thought it best to go for a "naturalistic" manner with more fog and less photoshop, where in the power and communication lines are part of the story of the tree's trimming and a common factor limiting the life of cranes.

Comments and alternate processings are welcome.

Really?

Ditch it (them) and start over. The tree, the power lines do nothing to support what would be, even without them, only a slightly better image.

What are you trying to say with this scene?

That is the question.

You are right; I have been overly enthusiastic about what I had.

I saw the intended usage of the cranes put to work on the fog or things fog can mean.  I over looked limitations, but it's my New Camera, and it should have worked wonders.

I find it no fun to have to give up blacks to keep the fog.  However, being with out much in the way of shadows makes the figures travel well.

Thank you for your patience.
