I thought about the predatory nature of eagles while taking the photo. I think it's hilarious the way attorneys in ads often pose in front of shelves of law books. Truth is, they now use the internet. ... The iconic image of a "scale of justice" is another cliche worthy of a chuckle or two. Cynical as I may be, I see the wheels of justice as being creaky and carved of stone from Mr. Slate's (Fred Flinstone's boss) quarry.

Justice? But what is that? It's all a matter of interpretation of things that can only ever be less than perfectly uni-dimensional. Even something as open-and-shut a case as killing somebody can be turned into all sorts of things and carry all manner of different penalties. Just another set of business opportunities. What else can anyone do? Nothing is simple. But it's all we've got.

Justice is really very simple. If it helps me, it's just. If it doesn't it isn't.
(That's probably effectively the most widely used definition.)

I think the eagle mural distracts from this image. Makes it seem less focused thematically. The others in the series feel very thematically focused and 'clean' to me.
