Hi Brian,

Are you on a PC or Apple?
What kind of cord are you using to connect the computer to the monitor?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Andrew

I use the i1pro with the Palette Master software and use the'matrix' setting with no problems.

Hi,  I'm on a Mac and use the Display socket.  I use the USB port to connect to the MAC.  Hope this helps.

When I had problems setting it up I contacted BenQ Support and had a "chat" with them and was able to solve my problems.  I found they won't speak to you over the phone.  (I'm in the UK)
