Getty, do they talk to the contributors anymore?

Getty seem have gone to a help ticket system, but the 2-3 times I've used it, someone with bad English asks what the problem is, I reply, and that's the end of the conversation. I don't think they have anyone to call anymore as well. Any other info on this? Thanks.
