The most interesting detail to me is the lab focused on that sandwich.  Talk about a pointer! ;D

There used to be a saying:

Never, never let your gun
Pointed be at anyone.

Holy shit, what gives with some people? No wonder things go wrong.

Hard to tell from the image, muzzles are behind her back. Guns meticulously unloaded. Uncocked. You know what they call a gun without bullets? A stick. I know this person. Has been around guns her entire life. Not one accident. Not one unsafe issue.

But it is interesting how guns can dominate a conversation or picture. Even in Eggleston's (no terminal 'e' typo this time) image with the little boy looking at the gun advertisement in a magazine, the prevailing critique is one of pathos.............because the child is looking at a picture of a .22 caliber target pistol.

I can tell you from three years on a high school rifle team and from a year as captain of the Richards Gebaur AFB pistol team that there are few sports as fun and engaging as shooting.

And Rob: you're right. My grandfather, who gave me my first .22 rifle when I was twelve, pounded into me that you NEVER, EVER point a gun at somebody unless you intend to kill him.

And Patricia: complexity is nice except when the cops arrest you because the complaint has a misspelled name on it. I was pulling George's leg, but there's a definite difference between "ston" and "stone."
