Inkjet printing on Tyvek?
« on: November 14, 2016, 12:26:25 pm »

Wondering if anyone knows about a tyvek or tyvek-like material that could be printed on using an epson printer?  Ideally, the material would be 44" wide.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

It's been awhile since I have printed on Tyvek---but yes, it is available for Epson Printers.  I recall going through several 44" rolls for signage.  It is no different than printing with other substrates. It works well!  I suggest looking at Lexjet.com to start your search.

It's been used for a while for signs and banners. Don't expect much of a dynamic range or saturation, though, but, your house could look pretty interesting before you get that siding up.
