Although I have seen some of his work before I never checked out his web site.

If you want a fresh look at wildlife photography check out Nick Brandt - some of his images literally took my breath away and its been a few years since a photo has done that (its usually a sigh with my own photos)

I saw his work in Lenswork a few issues ago.  I think it is fantastic, and I don't particularly care for black and white photography.  However, his book didn't seem to be printed as well as the Lenswork edition, so I didn't buy it.  I wish Brooks Jensen would publish Nick's book!
