Broncolor Pulso 8 with Para
« on: October 25, 2016, 05:57:21 pm »

Hy
Does somebody know how a Pulso 8 Lamp works on a Para 220? Broncolor declares it's possible, but with my Pulso G/4 Lamps I need a mat protecting glas and the Pulso 8 has a fixed clear glass. As far as I know there is no mat glas available.
Thanks,
Ben

The Pulso 8 flash tube is kind of wound and has a larger surface than the standard tube so you probably will hardly see any difference. I successfully used a twin head which is similar in design. You still might try different frost filters to soften the light if disired. Be aware the Pulso8 tube will have a longer flash duration which might be important when capturing motion.
