Canon 5D2: Display not showing image counter bottom left

In playback, usually I see an image counter, 1/23 etc on bottom left. It's not there. This has happened before, but I cannot remember how to get that back. Can't find it in the manual either. Thanks!

Try pressing the "INFO." button.....you should scroll through four different screens each one with different combinations of information. The counter should be in three of the four screens.
