Import question LR fixed settings

All of a sudden, all of my D810, or K1 images that are new imports have their development settings adjusted to a prior D810 and K1 series of images I had worked on in LR, so new image all are taking on these settings as the default.  All the image adjustment sliders are not in the default spots (neutral).  I am currently having to reset the development for one of the images, then copy those settings to all the other files in the import. 

I have something checked I guess to do this, but can't figure out what. 

The only thing I can see is that I did check "enable auto sync" and currently it's greyed out.  So I can't uncheck it.

You must have inadvertently modified the default to have the sliders away from zero.  Edit an image in Develop. Adjust all the settings to what you would like them to be on import. Save that as the default setting.  Make sure you have no presets applied during import.
