Grafit pack issues

Has anyone ever had issues like this:
One of my Grafit A4plus packs keeps turning on and off while plugged in, or sometimes will turn on only to have a lit up but blank main LCD panel and all the channel LCD panels are "lined" out (no number just a horizontal line). The problem is intermittent but it's happened on the last two jobs and so I just dropped it off today at Fotocare and they are gonna send it to Bron USA.
Just curious if this has happened to anyone. I've always found broncolor stuff to be a bit more finicky than Profoto but made the switch last year and this is the first issue I've had.

Sounds like a loose / unreliable contact on that upper "sandwich" boards to me. I had this happen on one of mine, took it apart and reseated everything, never happened again, fingered crossed.

Another Grafit pack issue: there is no modeling light on the 3rd socket, any idea of what it could possibly be?
Thanks
